The Boulevard Richard Lenoir which runs from the Place de La Bastille to the Canal Saint Martin, passing underneath your window, gives a breath of oxygen and greenery with it’s large trees and it colourful flower beds.It is also a very lively place with it’s markets (one of the largest on a sunday in Paris), flea markets and people playing boules.
Near the apartment there are numeous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, discos, shows, cultural sites and services...
You can get around on foot or on public transport, and have easy access to all the tourist attractions around the capital, from the Eiffel Tower to Montmartre, from Notre Dame to the Champs Elysees, from Invalides to the Villette Park, from Père Lachaise cemetery to the Louvre, not forgetting the banks of the Seine with their many bridges and monuments.
A short walk away there are three Metro stations (Saint Ambroise line 9, Oberkampf lines 5 and 9 – Parmentier line 3). Numerous connections to main line RER, airport, taxi and bus stations nearby.
