In a very pleasant 50m² Haussmann apartment (parquet floor, mouldings, fireplace) with two communicating bedrooms, a kitchen diner, bathroom and exceptionally a large flowered balcony. On the fifth floor, without a lift, the carefully furnished and decorated apartment is very light and spacious with a clear view over the roofs of Paris.

The copious breakfast is included in the fully equipped kitchen which allows you to prepare your meals unless you would rather make the most of many small restaurants in the Oberkamp district just a couple of minutes away or in The Marais district, a fifteen minute walk away.
